Roles & Responsibilities

Information Architecture & Interaction Design

Design the structure and flow of websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms. Create wireframes, sitemaps, and interaction flows to ensure intuitive navigation and seamless interaction.

Design the structure and flow of websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms. Create wireframes, sitemaps, and interaction flows to ensure intuitive navigation and seamless interaction.

Prototype Development

Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Miro, Sketch or Figma to demonstrate the flow and interaction of designs. Collaborate with UI designers to create a cohesive user interface.

Collaboration & Cross-functional Teamwork

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UI designers to ensure the final product aligns with both user needs and business goals. Act as an advocate for the user within cross-functional teams.

Design Process Optimization

Continually improve UX design processes to ensure efficiency. Adopt best practices for design iteration and collaboration within Agile or Lean methodologies.

Brand Consistency & User Focus

Ensure the user experience aligns with the brand’s values and visual identity. Prioritize the user’s needs in every phase of the design process to ensure a human-centered approach.

Feedback and Iteration

Oversee and contribute to user research, such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing, conducted by UX Researchers. Ensure that research insights are effectively integrated into the design process.

Project Management

Manage your own design projects from concept to final delivery, adhering to deadlines and working within project scope.

User Experience Strategy

Develop and maintain a UX strategy that aligns with the product’s goals. Advocate for the user in all aspects of the design process and make recommendations for product improvements based on user feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES Minimum Experience At least 6-8 years of experience in user experience design with a proven track record of overseeing user research, designing for web and mobile platforms, and conducting usability testing. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field. Professional Qualifications Expertise in design tools and software such as Miro, Sketch and Figma. Good understanding of the user research process and data synthesis to inform design decisions. Knowledge and Skills Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and UX best practices. Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and conducting usability tests. Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to clearly present findings from research and design concepts to stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile development processes and working in cross-functional teams. Strong critical thinking skills and a passion for solving complex design problems.
