Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research to gather insights that inform design decisions, utilizing methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Create wireframes and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and users alike, ensuring clarity and usability.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements within the development process.
  • Utilize design thinking methodologies to solve complex user problems and enhance overall user satisfaction with the product.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, ensuring a solid foundational knowledge of design principles.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in UX design, demonstrating a proven track record of successful projects.
  • Experience with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma, showcasing technical proficiency.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, allowing for effective collaboration with development teams on implementation.
