Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Plan and conduct user interviews and usability testing sessions.
Design and analyze surveys and research studies.
Conduct field research and stakeholder workshops when required.
Synthesize research findings into clear insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with Product and Design teams to integrate research into product development.
Maintain research documentation and insight repositories.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Bacheloru2019s or Masteru2019s degree in HCI, Psychology, Design, or related field with 3+ years of UX research experience.
Strong qualitative research and synthesis skills.
Experience working with product and design teams.
Based in Riyadh.
Preferred Qualifications
Arabic fluency.
Experience in fin-tech or banking industry.
Familiarity with behavioral analytics tools.
