Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  •  Hands-on configuration and theming directly within Salesforce

  • Theme and customize Salesforce components to align with brand standards (colors, typography, layout)

  • Define and improve platform UX — navigation, information hierarchy, density, and interaction patterns (Not journeys)

  • Document all design decisions, configurations, and guidelines for handover continuity

  • Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met throughout

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, showcasing a strong foundation in design principles.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, demonstrating a proven track record of successful projects.
  • Portfolio reflecting a diverse range of design projects, highlighting thought processes and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies and experience in conducting user research and testing.
