A creative UX/UI Designer will be responsible for gathering user requirements, crafting graphic elements, and constructing navigation components. Proficiency in UX design principles and UI design tools is essential for transforming clients software/platforms into user-friendly products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong portfolio highlighting expertise in both UX and UI design, complemented by experience in utilizing software and wireframe tools. Additionally, they should exhibit a keen attention to detail and a dedicated commitment to delivering outstanding user experiences.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate customer requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop personas, user stories, and usage scenarios to inform design decisions and enhance user understanding.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.
• Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications to guide the development process.
• Design UI mockups and prototypes using industry-standard tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch, ensuring clarity and usability.
• Present design concepts and rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, such as responsiveness and accessibility, through thorough testing and iteration.
• Conduct concept testing, usability testing, and user research to gather valuable insights and refine design solutions.
• Analyze user feedback and behavior to iterate on designs and continuously improve the user experience.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes effectively to cross-functional teams, including designers and developers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
• Proven 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as UXPin, Balsamiq, Adobe XD, or Figma.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital/interaction design principles and information architecture.
• Experience working in Agile methodology, with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-driven with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
• Professional approach to managing time, costs, and deadlines.
• Fluent in English & Arabic
