Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will act as the bridge between complex AI capabilities and the people who use them. You won't just be designing interfaces, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design lifecycle. From research and prototyping to high-fidelity UI and visual storytelling.
Humanize the AI:
Translate technical implementation into intuitive user behaviors.
You will conduct research, interviews, and usability testing to ensure our tools solve real problems.
Scale the System:
You will create, maintain, and own a robust Design System for our product portfolio.
Collaborating with engineering to ensure it acts as an accelerator for development.
Shape the Narrative:Your impact goes beyond the product.
You will play a critical role in visual storytelling, designing high-quality demos, pitch decks, and marketing assets.
Translate technical features into clear business value.
Build & Validate:Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes to test flows before a single line of code is written.

Desired Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience as a UX/Product Designer, preferably in a digital product agency or fast-paced environment
Experience building and scaling Design Systems, possess a solid understanding of Frontend frameworks like MaterialUI
You place the user at the center of the process, using empathy/research to advocate for their needs against technical constraints
Fluency in Figma, Miro, and modern design methodologies
Native level English language skills
