Roles & Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

  • User Experience (UX)
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover insights and validate design decisions.
  • Develop user journey maps, personas, sitemaps, and wireframes.
  • Translate business and user requirements into clear product flows and interactions.

Identify UX problems and propose elegant, user focused solutions

User Interface (UI)

  • Design high fidelity mockups, UI components, and interactive prototypes.
  • Maintain consistency across screens using design systems and reusable patterns.
  • Deliver visually appealing, modern, and accessible interfaces aligned with brand identity.

Prepare design assets and documentation for developers.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and define user stories.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide/receive constructive feedback.

Support continuous UI/UX improvements based on analytics and user feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education Required :

  • Bachelor s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 5 years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, visual design, and real product work.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, design systems, and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to turn complex concepts into intuitive flows and interfaces.
  • Familiarity with prototyping and usability testing tools
  • Experience working with SaaS, enterprise, or B2B products.
  • Understanding of front-end capabilities (HTML/CSS, basic React concepts).
  • Experience with motion design or micro interactions.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as GA, Hotjar, or Mixpanel.
