The role of a UX/UI Designer is essential in the creation of intuitive and engaging user experiences for digital products. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and the ability to empathize with users to craft interfaces that are both visually appealing and highly functional. As a UX/UI Designer, you are responsible for designing the layout of digital interfaces, ensuring consistency across platforms, and making sure the user journey is seamless. Your ultimate goal is to enhance customer satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction between the user and the product. This position involves collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user requirements into design elements that drive business goals and objectives. Creativity and problem-solving skills are crucial as you design cohesive aesthetic elements that align with brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize interface design concepts effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with project goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs.
• Create aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly designs following design guidelines.
• Ensure design elements are consistent across all digital channels and platforms.
• Regularly update design assets and documentation for transparent communication amongst teams.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems to enhance user experience efficiency.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Adapt and iterate on designs based on feedback from users and team members.
• Stay up-to-date with latest design trends, advancements, and tools in the UX/UI field.
• Facilitate design discussions, present concepts, and strategically incorporate feedback.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of the design vision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Strong skills in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Capable of conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate design rationale clearly.
• Familiarity with front-end development languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
