About this Role
We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to drive end-to-end product design for impactful digital solutions across web and mobile platforms. This role focuses on creating intuitive, user-centred experiences that solve real user problems while meeting business objectives. The individual will work closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers, owning the design journey from concept through to launch in an agile delivery environment.
What you ll do
Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery through to delivery for assigned initiatives. Own and evolve user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs. Define, maintain, and contribute to design systems, component libraries, and style guides. Advocate for usability, accessibility, and inclusive design standards across all products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility, quality, and consistency. Conduct and support user research and usability testing to validate design decisions. Make evidence-based design decisions informed by research, data, and industry best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • An experienced UI/UX or Product Designer with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end digital product designs in agile environments.
  • Highly proficient in Figma, including advanced use of components, auto-layout, variables, tokens, and collaborative workflows.
  • Confident in designing responsive experiences across multiple devices and platforms.
  • Knowledgeable in UX principles, accessibility standards, and modern design best practices.
  • Skilled at translating complex requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.
  • A clear communicator who can present and explain design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Holds a Bachelor s degree in Product Design, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or has equivalent practical experience.
  • Brings a portfolio that demonstrates impactful, user-centred design outcomes.
  • Excellent english level
Nice to have:
  • Experience designing AI-driven products or integrating AI into design workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with scalable design systems and design tokens.
  • Experience conducting moderated and unmoderated usability testing.
  • Motion design or micro-interaction prototyping capability.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS to support effective design handovers.
