Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Write and optimize UX copy for interfaces: buttons, labels, forms, error messages, onboarding flows, and notifications.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to align copy with user flows and design intent.

Partner with product managers and researchers to understand user needs and business goals.

Maintain and contribute to voice and tone guidelines.

Support content testing, A/B testing, and usability testing.

Ensure copy is inclusive, accessible, and consistent across platforms.

Iterate based on user feedback, analytics, and research insights.

What Were Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience as a UX Copywriter, Content Designer, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and actionable microcopy.
  • Experience with design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar).
  • Familiarity with content strategy, UX writing best practices, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
