Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Performs valet parking duties by safely driving, parking, and retrieving guest vehicles.
  • Delivers prompt and polite service, ensuring guests are welcomed and assisted in a professional manner.
  • Supports guests with opening doors, handling luggage, and arranging taxis when required.
  • Follows company parking procedures and ensures vehicles are parked in designated areas without damage.
  • Handles cash and card transactions when performing cashier duties, and completes receipts accurately.
  • Maintains cash control, reconciles daily collections, and submits revenue as per SOPs.
  • Adheres to grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards as defined by the company.
  • Follows shift schedules, site rotations, and operational instructions from supervisors.
  • Ensures full compliance with company policies, safety rules, and service procedures.
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned to support daily operations and special events.

  • Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are monitored and achieved during the course of the year.
  • Takes ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the reporting manager and working towards bridging the gaps through various means which go beyond just training.
  • Understands the competencies relevant to his/her role, and works towards displaying as well as developing these effectively.
  • Keeps abreast of relevant professional/industry developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional networks.
