Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, offering assistance with their vehicles and luggage

  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide clear directions and information about hotel facilities and local attractions
  • Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage from their vehicles
  • Maintain a clean and organized parking area, ensuring all vehicles are properly secured
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic regulations while operating guest vehicles
  • Keep accurate records of parked vehicles and their locations
  • Report any vehicle damages or issues to management immediately
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times
  • Assist with other guest service duties as assigned

Desired Candidate Profile

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Excellent driving skills and ability to operate various types of vehicles
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle luggage
  • Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills for handling parking fees and maintaining accurate records
  • Knowledge of local area, attractions, and driving routes
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian customs and etiquette
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in valet parking, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
  • Understanding of hotel operations and guest services is beneficial
