What you will do
Let s do this. Let s change the world. In this vital role you will enhance access for our current products and drive access for new products to serve patients.
Responsibilities:
Building account plans and strategies for key brands
Map decision processes and identify key decision makers.
Implement and monitor an action plan for priority accounts in cooperation with the Cluster Team
Develop the pricing policy for all accounts
Organize regular interactions with cross-function teams and share center objectives and information.
Demonstrates a deep customer-centric mentality through applied knowledge of the critical drivers of the future landscape
Build relationships with identified stakeholders
Lead the execution part of the Key Account Excellence process
Ensure access and reimbursement of new products
Ensure a consistent value offer, account calculation, and implementation follow-up
Execute the action plan aligned with the Cluster Team
Follow-up on utilization, access, and price development
Contract fulfillment
Follow-up and update accounts and stakeholders analysis, ensuring a developing understanding of customer needs
Managing patients Support programs in the country (developing program, execution, follow-up, and monitoring)
Prices control, tracking, and business case development
Output:
Strategic Action Plans per Priority Account
Inclusion of products in Hospital Formularies with price conditions that reflect the value
High-quality internal and external customer relationships
Periodic activity reports in a covered area (net sales analysis, Price evaluation, and calls.)
Developing solutions to address customer needs and bring maximal value for all parties

Basic Qualifications:
Min Bachelor`s Degree
5+ years in pharmaceutical industry promotion
Demonstrated track record of introduction of new products in Hospitals
Experience in negotiation of prices and conditions with Hospital Pharmacists and other key decision makers
Thorough knowledge of the majority of decision makers in his/her area
Proficient in doing scientific/promotional presentations
Demonstrated track record of working with objectives and achieving them
History of working in complex and cross-functional teams
History of working in innovative and/or multinational companies
Able to read scientific articles and to do oral presentations in English
Preferred Requirements
Key Account Management or Access Management experience is a plus
University Degree in a Life Sciences or Health Economics
Post-graduate degree or Courses on Negotiation Techniques, Communication Techniques
Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication
