Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description We are looking for a motivated and experienced Van Salesman (FMCG) to expand our market presence and manage sales across assigned routes. The ideal candidate will have strong FMCG market knowledge and existing retailer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sell FMCG products directly to wholesalers and retailers using a company van
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Identify new retail and wholesale customers within assigned territories
Ensure proper product display, pricing, and stock rotation
Handle invoicing, collections, and daily sales reporting
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and stock accountability
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of FMCG van sales experience in the UAE
Valid UAE manual driving license
Good knowledge of Dubai FMCG markets and retail routes
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Basic English and Hindi required (Arabic is an advantage)
Male candidate preferred
