Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty through personalized service.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify potential clients and assess competitors, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
- Manage inventory effectively, ensuring that product availability meets customer demands without incurring excess stock.
- Utilize a mobile point-of-sale system to process transactions efficiently, providing customers with seamless purchasing experiences.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience, preferably in a van sales or retail environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, ensuring safe transportation of products.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the customer base are highly desirable.
