Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Direct Sales & Route Coverage
Conduct daily van sales operations across assigned lower trade outlets, ensuring maximum market coverage, product availability, and achievement of daily/monthly sales targets.
Product Distribution & Delivery
Load, transport, and deliver frozen poultry and processed food products using the assigned vehicle while maintaining proper cold chain standards at all times.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, address market concerns, collect feedback, and ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Merchandising & Visibility
Ensure proper product display, stock rotation (FIFO), pricing visibility, and freezer hygiene at customer outlets to maximize product movement and brand presence.
Stock & Inventory Control
Monitor van stock levels, minimize damages and expiries, conduct daily stock reconciliation, and coordinate with warehouse operations for accurate loading and returns.
Collections & Documentation
Handle cash/credit collections as per company policy, maintain accurate invoices and delivery records, and submit daily sales and collection reports to the supervisor.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum diploma or bachelors required
Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in van sales, field sales, or a similar direct-to-retail role within Qatar.
Familiarity with the retail landscape and customer base in various regions of Qatar.
Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English; Hindi or Urdu is highly advantageous.
