VAT Consultant

We are hiring a VAT Consultant for a reputable auditing firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in VAT compliance, return filing, and related advisory work, preferably within an auditing or accounting firm environment.

This role is suitable for candidates who are looking to build their career in taxation and compliance and gain exposure to a professional audit setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file VAT returns in accordance with UAE VAT laws and regulations
  
• Assist in VAT compliance, reconciliations, and documentation
  
• Support clients with VAT-related queries and basic advisory under supervision
  
• Maintain accurate records of VAT transactions and supporting documents
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to collect necessary VAT information
  
• Assist in preparing VAT audit documentation as required
  
• Stay updated with current VAT rules, regulations, and FTA guidelines

  Requirements
  

  • 1 2 years of experience in VAT compliance and returns, preferably in an auditing firm
    
  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    
  • Good understanding of UAE VAT regulations and compliance requirements
    
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
    
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    
  • Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
