Job Summary

Desert Man Transporting and Contracting LLC is seeking experienced and responsible Drivers to support our transportation, construction, and infrastructure operations across Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have experience driving heavy vehicles, water tankers, sewage trucks, tippers, buses, or construction-related transport vehicles while maintaining safety, efficiency, and compliance with UAE traffic regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently for transportation of construction materials, equipment, staff, water supply, sewage removal, and site logistics.

• Transport materials such as sand, aggregates, gatch, road base, and construction supplies to project sites.

• Follow assigned schedules, routes, and delivery instructions from the transport coordinator or site supervisor.

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues or maintenance requirements immediately.

• Ensure proper loading and unloading procedures while maintaining cargo safety.

• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle.

• Follow all UAE traffic laws, HSE regulations, and company safety procedures.

• Support site operations and emergency transportation requirements when needed.

• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, delivery notes, and vehicle documents.

• Coordinate with site teams and logistics department for smooth transportation activities.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License (Light Vehicle / Heavy Vehicle / Trailer / Bus License depending on role).

• Minimum 2–5 years UAE driving experience in construction, transportation, or infrastructure projects.

• Experience driving:

  • Heavy Equipment Transport Vehicles

  • Buses or Trailers (preferred)

• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads and project site routes.

• Familiarity with transportation safety and defensive driving practices.

• Basic English communication skills; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.

• Ability to work flexible hours and site-based operations.
