We are seeking a dedicated Vehicle Handover Specialist to ensure a seamless and professional vehicle delivery process. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate vehicle handovers, ensure quality standards are met, and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Ensure vehicles are ready for handover as per the agreed schedule.
• Conduct final checks on vehicles to ensure quality standards are met before delivery.
• Ensure all required documentation is prepared and available at the time of handover.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to address any issues, notifying sales staff of potential delays.
• Conduct vehicle handovers in line with company policies, ensuring customers understand vehicle specifications and receive all necessary documentation.
• Collect and record customer feedback during the handover process, reporting any issues to management.
• Liaise with the workshop to ensure vehicles are delivered within the agreed time.
• Facilitate and expedite customer deliveries to meet financial and sales volume targets.
• Arrange handover dates once payment is received and documents are in order.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the handover office.
• Promote and sell accessories from the Tequipment range.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or General Manager.

Requirements:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
• Software: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
