Vehicle Handover Specialist Ali & Sons

We are looking for a Vehicle Handover Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional vehicle handover experience to customers ensuring every delivery is seamless, personalized, and aligned with the brand s premium standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team to prepare vehicles for scheduled customer handovers.
• Greet customers professionally and guide them through the delivery process.
• Explain vehicle features, functions, and operations in a clear and engaging manner.
• Ensure all handover documentation (registration, insurance, delivery receipts) is complete and properly filed.
• Conduct a full pre-delivery inspection and ensure the vehicle is cleaned and ready.
• Demonstrate and assist customers with technology features such as infotainment, Bluetooth, apps, and driver assistance systems.
• Address customer questions during delivery and follow up for post-handover support.
• Collect signed acknowledgments and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Assist in arranging personalized customer touches (welcome kits, branded gifts, etc.).
• Coordinate with logistics, workshop, and detailing teams to ensure timely vehicle readiness.
• Maintain delivery checklists and gather customer feedback to improve processes.
• Support test drive coordination and maintain showroom presentation standards.
• Attend regular product and delivery training sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Delivery or Sales Manager.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Degree.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
• License: Valid UAE Driving License.
• Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic preferred.
• Skills & Abilities: Strong product knowledge, excellent communication and presentation skills, and computer literacy.
