Position Overview

The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai is seeking a Vehicle Registration Services Manager to lead initiatives aimed at enhancing and digitizing vehicle licensing and registration services. The role focuses on identifying challenges, coordinating process improvements, and ensuring compliance with government directives. The successful candidate will oversee project management, digital adoption, governance, and benchmarking to align vehicle registration services with best practices and strategic goals.

Core Duties


* Identify obstacles and challenges affecting vehicle licensing and registration service development
* Design and coordinate tests and experiments to enhance vehicle registration services
* Develop and monitor improvement plans, including implementation dates and progress reports
* Contribute to project management plans for customer journey enhancements within licensing services
* Coordinate with government entities and internal departments to achieve performance indicators
* Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to senior management on service improvement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with RTA policies, regulations, and government standards
* Implement recommendations to strengthen digital transformation in licensing services
* Study and analyze current service plans and propose improvements to processes and information flow
* Conduct benchmarking to measure progress against digital transformation goals
* Oversee achievement of digital adoption indicators in vehicle registration services
* Apply governance standards to licensing services and ensure accountability in operations
* Monitor the impact of improvements across all customer service delivery channels

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field
* Minimum 8 years of professional experience in licensing, service development, or related areas
* Strong background in project management and digital transformation initiatives
* Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure compliance with policies
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Strong communication and reporting abilities to interact with senior management and external entities
* UAE Nationals only
