Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Managing and coordinating the processes of registering and accrediting the company as a vendor with governmental bodies and authorities.
  • Submitting and following up with subsidiaries of the General Petroleum Corporation, the Petrochemicals Holding Company, and the Natural Gas Holding Company.
  • Preparing and delivering the required technical and financial documents for vendor accreditation.
  • Following up on registration procedures and regularly updating the company s information.
  • Maintaining accurate records of registration requests and renewal dates.
  • Handling the delivery and receipt of documents with banks, clients, and suppliers.
  • Drafting official letters and correspondence.
  • Maintaining and organizing the company s documents and records.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in the same field.
  • Good knowledge of vendor registration procedures with government entities and companies in the petroleum and energy sectors.
  • Ability to efficiently prepare technical and administrative documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel Word).
  • Proficient in handling emails in both Arabic and English.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with representatives of various entities.
  • Previous experience dealing with target companies is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel across different governorates for registration, follow-up, and submission of company applications.
