Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential issuers to promote equity listing opportunities and products offered by the exchange.
• Advise issuers on adherence to listing rules, disclosure obligations, and corporate governance standards.
• Guide companies through the equity listing process, ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Handle and resolve complex queries or concerns from issuers in a timely and professional manner.
• Support efforts to attract foreign issuers and promote cross-listings.
• Monitor market activity, prepare reports on issuer performance, trends, and corporate actions.
• Track and assess the satisfaction level of issuers through structured relationship management metrics.
• Stay informed about capital market trends, industry developments, and competitor exchanges initiatives.
• Provide guidance to issuers during market-sensitive events, ensuring timely and compliant disclosure.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for other exchange products and services, including bonds and derivatives.

Key Accountabilities

• Carry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the company s standards.
• Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company and the department.
• Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
• Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
• Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image.

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar is required, Master Degree is preferred.
• Professional certifications are preferred

Knowledge and Experience

• 3 + years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, corporate finance, or investor relations, corporate clients.
