Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough verification of mortgage application documents.
- Responsible for conducting field visits to clients for verification purposes.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on verification status and key findings.
- Perform the client s updated I-Score report.
- Perform the reports regarding the CBE in order to meet the deadline and viewing and propose (CCR) on the central bank system.
- Maintain detailed records of verification activities and outcomes in the company s systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in verification role within the financial services or banking sector.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in reviewing documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with loan processing software.
