Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough verification of mortgage application documents.
  • Responsible for conducting field visits to clients for verification purposes.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on verification status and key findings.
  • Perform the client s updated I-Score report.
  • Perform the reports regarding the CBE in order to meet the deadline and viewing and propose (CCR) on the central bank system.
  • Maintain detailed records of verification activities and outcomes in the company s systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in verification role within the financial services or banking sector.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in reviewing documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with loan processing software.
