Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:  

  • Ensure the physical and telephone reception of visitors and partners.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, drafting and formatting administrative documents.
  • Perform filing, archiving, and updating of files.
  • Participate in the management of office supplies and order tracking.
  • Support the various departments in their daily tasks (HR, accounting, logistics, etc.).

Skills:

  • Good command of French, both written and oral, English or Arabic is an asset.
  • Proficiency in the use of office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Rigor, organizational skills, and versatility.
  • Good interpersonal skills, responsiveness, and professional discretion.
