Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Acts as COMPANY Site Representative onboard DSV or CLV during the execution phase in coordination with Company's Vessel Management Team, communicating the activity status and progress to the Onshore PMT.
Serve as day-to-day interface with EPC contractor's Offshore Construction Manager and craft labour.
Monitor and ensure compliance with Company specification, procedures, Risk assessments and plans.
Ensures that any events evaluated during FRA/Risk Screening and HAZID/HIRA processes, or that are raised during safety meetings, are stewarded and closed prior to the start of each critical scope.
Acts as the focal point between CPY's Production Operation and the Contractor during field execution, particularly for SIMOPS and PTW within 500m of CPY assets
Undertake full oversight of Contractor's marine activities in collaboration with CPY Marine Lead and ensure all vessels comply with CPY requirements through site verification and validation
Interfaces with various project teams and departments on resolving related issues that requires effective communication, initiative, flexibility and an ability to induce collaboration.
Exhibits team leadership skills, integrity, self-confidence, fairness.
Takes initiatives, based on experienced gained, to deliver timely and cost-effective service.
Act as COMPANY area operator for marine vessel and issuing ePTW in accordance to PTW procedure.
Desired Candidate Profile
High School graduate
Offshore Training certifications from the recognized industry accredited bodies.
OPITO certification H2S and T-BOSIET are a requirement.
IMCA dive supervisor certificate
Minimum 15 years offshore installation experience on DSVs with at least 5 years demonstrated experience as Offshore Construction Manager, CSR or DSV Superintendent
Minimum 5 years' experience as a diver or dive supervisor, either air or saturation diving.
Previous work experience with QELNG and knowledge of QELNG PTW systems is desirable but not mandatory.
Knowledge in installation of offshore facilities and execution methods of subsea structures by an installation vessel.
Demonstrate extensive experience on DSV in a leadership role.
Demonstrate basic training or knowledge in Lifting, Rigging and Safety standards.
Fluent English
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook e-mail system.
