What will you be doing?
As a Vessel Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and safe operation of the company's fleet.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Managing vessel maintenance, inspections, and repairs
• Coordinating vessel schedules and optimizing utilisation
• Leading a motivated team of marine professionals
• Developing and implementing creative strategies to enhance vessel performance
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless operations
• Focused monitoring of vessel performance metrics and implementing improvements
Are you the ideal candidate?
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
• Proven experience, with a strong background in LNG/FSRU vessel management
• Sailed minimum as 2nd Engineer on LNG carriers or FSRUs
• Determined problem-solving skills to address challenges and improve operations
• Creative thinking to optimize vessel performance and operational efficiency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively
