Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Retail Products (Credit Cards and Personal Loans), set KPIs, and lead a team of Business Development Managers, Team Leads, and Relationship Managers.

Drive acquisition through company tie-ups, outdoor sales, and innovative sourcing channels. Monitor performance and ensure monthly targets are met.

Guide teams to manage customer portfolios, deepen relationships, and identify new opportunities.

Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies across all sales practices.

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensure accurate booking of business, and maintain compliance with anti-money laundering and other regulatory requirements.

Analyze data, prepare reports, and develop solutions to meet business needs.

Build team capability, foster development, and maintain high competency levels.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
