Key Responsibilities Brand Transformation (Primary Focus)

  • Lead a full refresh of brand identity aligned with Saudi market expectations and cultural context
  • Define a compelling, locally resonant brand narrative
  • Build a brand presence that connects authentically with customers across the Kingdom

Digital Marketing & Growth

  • Own and scale all digital channels with strong emphasis on locally dominant platforms and behaviors
  • Develop performance-driven campaigns with clear ROI and measurable outcomes
  • Drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention across digital channels

Content & Community

  • Build culturally relevant campaigns tied to local trends, moments, and audience behavior
  • Develop a strong content engine that drives organic engagement and shareability
  • Activate creator and influencer ecosystems with a strong locally authentic voice
Commercial Impact

  • Partner with commercial teams to support revenue growth
  • Position the brand as a preferred choice for consumers and businesses within Saudi Arabia

Team & Execution

  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team
  • Reduce reliance on external agencies by strengthening internal capabilities
  • Establish a strong culture of accountability, performance, and execution

Desired Candidate Profile

Essential:

  • 10 15 years of marketing experience with leadership exposure
  • Proven track record in building or scaling consumer brands within Saudi Arabia
  • Deep, practical understanding of local consumer behavior, culture, and digital platforms
  • Strong performance marketing capability (data-driven decision-making)
  • Ability to connect creative output to measurable business results
  • Fluency in Arabic and English

Highly Valued:

  • Strong familiarity with Saudi digital ecosystems and content dynamics
  • Experience operating in high-growth, consumer-facing environments
  • Ability to build culturally relevant campaigns that resonate locally
