Experience in data-driven decision making to support holistic student and staff performance
Expertise in quality assurance processes and school improvement planning
Educational Innovation:

Experience in curriculum development with highly aspirational goals
Knowledge of personalised provision for diverse learners including Additional Learning Needs

Designated Safeguarding Lead capability
Experience with regulatory bodies (KHDA/MOE)
Understanding of UAE educational landscape and cultural sensitivity
Desired Candidate Profile
Required QualificationsExperience as a Vice Principal, Deputy Head or similar senior leadership role with secondary experience
Bilingual in Arabic and English
KHDA (Knowledge and Human Development Authority) experience
Appropriate degree with UK PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
NPQH (National Professional Qualification for Headship), Masters in Education and Leadership preferred
Experience working in a through school, including EYFS and lower primary
Minimum of 8 years of outstanding practice in education
Minimum of 5 years experience in senior leadership
Valid police checks, attested qualifications and supportive references
