Roles & Responsibilities

Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, websites, and campaigns.

  • Create short-form videos and Reels, with a strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual hooks.
  • Collaborate with the content team on scripts, ideas, and storyboards.
  • Cover events on-ground and turn real moments into engaging video content.
  • Add graphics, music, sound effects, and captions that enhance the story.
  • Optimize videos for different platforms and formats.
  • Follow video trends, Reels formats, and platform updates, and know how to adapt them creatively.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while working closely with the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

We re looking for a strong>Mid-Level Video Editor & Creator/strong> to join our content team.
Someone who understands video as storytelling strong>**not just editing**/strong> and knows how to turn moments, events, and ideas into engaging, scroll-stopping content.

  • 2-4 years of experience in video editing and content creation.
  • Strong skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro, After Effects is a bonus).
  • Confident using CapCut Pro for Reels and fast-turnaround content.
  • Solid understanding of short-form video, storytelling, and audience engagement.
  • Comfortable with event coverage and on-ground work.
  • Enjoys teamwork and collaboration.

  • Bonus: comfortable appearing in front of the camera when needed.
