Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, engaging content for various platforms.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to understand project objectives and deliver on-brand visual narratives.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, sound effects, and music to enhance video quality and storytelling.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual style.
- Review and revise video edits based on feedback from stakeholders and team members.
- Manage and organize video assets, maintaining a structured and accessible digital library.
- Stay updated on industry trends, editing techniques, and emerging technologies to continually elevate content quality.
- Optimize videos for different formats and platforms, ensuring compatibility and high performance.
- Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and creative standards.
- Support live video shoots and provide on-set editing assistance as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Video Editor in a professional setting.
- Expertise with industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and post-production workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to craft compelling visual stories from concept to completion.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with creative and marketing teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Experience incorporating motion graphics, sound design, and color grading.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of video editing projects across different genres and platforms.
- Willingness to work on-site in an office environment as part of a full-time, unlimited, long-term role.
