Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, engaging content for internal and external communications.

Collaborate with creative, marketing, and communications teams to develop video concepts that align with brand messaging and objectives.

Incorporate graphics, animations, sound, and special effects to enhance video quality and storytelling.

Ensure all video content adheres to company guidelines, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks.

Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.

Organize and maintain a digital library of video assets, ensuring easy retrieval and proper archiving.

Review and revise video drafts based on feedback from stakeholders and team members.

Stay current with industry trends, video editing techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve content quality.

Optimize videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and internal channels.

Assist in filming on-site or in-studio as needed, ensuring high production standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

From 1-3 years of proven experience in video editing or multimedia production.

Proficiency with industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality content.

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.

Ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback.

Familiarity with motion graphics, sound editing, and color grading.

Basic knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
