Video Editor
Full-Time | Dubai | Agency Environment
We’re looking for a talented Video Editor (3+ years’ experience) to join our growing agency team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, understands performance-led content and can switch between polished commercial edits and quick-turn social content with ease.
You’ll be working across multiple brands and industries, delivering high-quality content that performs across digital platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing
Editing social-first content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Producing high-quality campaign and commercial-style edits
Supporting long-form and short-form video projects
Shooting content in our studio and at client events when required
Collaborating with account managers, designers and creatives
Managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
Desired Candidate Profile
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of professional video editing experience (Agency experience preferred) Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual instincts
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Confident using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator beneficial)
Understanding of social trends and performance-driven content
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment
Bonus (Not Essential)
Experience shooting content (camera + lighting setup)
Graphic design skills
Motion graphics / animation
Experience with tools like DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, CapCut, or AI-powered editing tools
