Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Edit short-form content, especially ads, maintaining consistent brand style and storytelling
Manage multiple editing projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery
Work under strict deadlines to meet project schedules
Provide regular updates and communicate progress effectively with the team
Apply design principles, transitions, pacing, and color grading to enhance engagement
Collaborate with creative and account teams to deliver edits aligned with campaign goals
Edit and deliver 2 4 short-form videos daily, depending on workload
Maintain consistent quality in alignment with the brand s visual identity and tone
Complete revisions within 24 hours of receiving feedback
Requirements:
Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and CapCut
Skilled in animating text and basic motion graphics in After Effects
Strong understanding of color grading and visual composition
Familiarity with Frame.io, Notion, and Google Drive workflows
Experience editing for performance-based campaigns
Excellent creative editing sense with strong pacing, rhythm, and retention skills for social media
Ability to follow reference sheets and structured workflows
Excellent timing, audio sync, and sound design skills
Strong communication skills and adaptability to feedback
