Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients, including brands, agencies, SMEs, and government entities across the GCC market.
- Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline and follow-up process.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing, industry trends, and new business opportunities.
- Meet clients to understand their needs and propose tailored creative or production solutions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.
- Work Model: Remotely
- Location: El Sheikh Zayed
- Work Schedule: 5 working days + 2 days off

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business, Film, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
3 5 years of video editing experience in industries such as production houses, influencer marketing agencies, media or advertising agencies, or creative studios.
Strong professional network within the GCC market, especially in KSA and Kuwait.
Experience with Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve (a plus).
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, with basic knowledge of After Effects.
Experience creating social media videos for platforms such as Snapchat, TikTok, and Instagram.
Strong storytelling and editing skills, including cuts, pacing, color correction, audio, and subtitles.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.
