Roles & Responsibilities

We are a dynamic and innovative company specializing in Business Consulting and Digital Solutions that partners and in-house projects with organizations to achieve growth, efficiency, and sustainable success. With a team of highly experienced professionals, we provide strategic guidance and practical solutions to help our clients overcome challenges and seize opportunities in today s dynamic business landscape. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team and produce engaging short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visual storytelling, understands modern editing trends, and can work quickly while maintaining high quality. You will be combining real video footage with AI-generated presenter clips, adding dynamic text overlays and audio, and formatting for vertical distribution.


Responsibilities:
  • Edit 2 3 short-form videos weekly (60 90 seconds each)
  • Combine real video footage with AI presenter clips (provided)
  • Add dynamic text overlays, transitions, subtitles, and audio to enhance viewer engagement
  • Format videos for a 9:16 vertical aspect ratio across platforms
  • Collaborate with our internal content strategist and follow brand tone/style
  • Maintain fast turnaround times (48 72 hours per video)
  • Organize and deliver project files systematically
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience editing short-form vertical content for social media
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant work across TikTok, Reels, or Shorts
  • Proficiency in editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve)
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with attention to pacing, rhythm, and hook structure
  • Ability to work with AI-generated visuals or voiceovers (experience is a plus)
  • Familiarity with modern editing styles (e.g., jump cuts, kinetic text, zooms)
  • Fluent in English; Arabic subtitle experience is a plus
Nice To Have:
  • Experience with branding, thumbnails, and social media content packaging
  • Interest in topics like business, charisma, leadership, or personal development
  • Capability to repurpose content into Arabic voiceovers or subtitles (optional)

Compensation & Work Environment:
  • Location: Egypt
  • Work Schedule: 8 hr/day Monday to Friday (11 PM 7 PM T rkiye Time), 4 hr on Saturday.
