Job Summary We are looking for a highly creative and research-driven Innovation Content Creator to develop compelling content that communicates technology advancements, innovation initiatives, and business impact to diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technology content writing, visual storytelling, and working closely with R&D and innovation teams. Key Responsibilities � Content Creation Develop high-quality written and visual content, including: Articles, case studies, whitepapers, infographics Videos and social media content Create engaging content that highlights innovation initiatives and their value proposition � Collaboration Work closely with AgriTech, R&D, and Marketing teams Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and audience-friendly content � Content Strategy Contribute to developing content strategies aligned with business and innovation goals Identify key messaging and themes to effectively communicate innovation value � Brand Alignment Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone, and messaging Mandatory Requirements 5+ years of experience in content creation, preferably in technology, innovation, or R&D environments Proven experience in technology writing and innovation storytelling Experience working on innovation or R&D projects as a content writer Strong experience in: Long-form content (case studies, whitepapers, articles) Visual and multimedia content Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging content
