Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos including Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and similar formats.
  • Adapt and optimize video content for different platforms and aspect ratios.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with Tawfeer s brand identity, tone of voice, and campaign objectives.

Motion Graphics & Animation

  • Create motion graphics and animations for marketing campaigns, app screens, and digital advertisements.
  • Animate static designs provided by the Graphic Designer to produce dynamic, engaging content.
  • Develop compelling intros, transitions, visual effects, and overlays for video assets.

Campaign Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Lead, Graphic Designer, and Copywriter to plan and execute video content for ongoing campaigns.
  • Align video production timelines with marketing calendars and content plans.

Content Optimization & Trends

  • Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging formats, and platform best practices.
  • Optimize video content to maximize engagement, reach, and conversion.
  • Proactively suggest creative ideas and new approaches to improve audience interaction and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
  • Solid motion graphics and animation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of photography and videography techniques.
  • Good understanding of social media platform requirements, formats, and best practices.

Creative & Analytical Skills

  • Strong storytelling, visual communication, and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to translate marketing goals into compelling video content.
  • Awareness of engagement metrics and audience behavior across digital platforms.

Experience

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in video production, motion design, or social media content creation.
  • Proven experience creating short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Experience working within marketing, advertising, or creative teams is a plus.
