Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality video footage of real estate properties in Ajman, UAE, showcasing their best features and ambiance.
- Edit raw footage into engaging videos, incorporating music, text overlays, and visual effects to create compelling narratives.
- Manage the entire video production workflow, from pre-production planning and location scouting to post-production editing and final delivery.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and marketing teams to understand project requirements and ensure videos align with brand guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Video Editing, or a related field; a strong foundation is key.
Holds relevant certifications in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro; demonstrate expertise.
Demonstrates 2-3 years of experience in video shooting and editing, preferably within the real estate or related industries.
Has a strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and property marketing strategies in the UAE.
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate videography
Professional camera handling (Sony/Canon preferred)
Drone shooting license in UAE is a plus
Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut Pro)
Ability to create cinematic reels and short conversion-focused ads
Fast turnaround time
Creative storytelling skills
Must have a valid UAE visa transferable or available for sponsorship
