Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop compelling visual stories.
• Maintain and organize camera equipment, ensuring all gear is ready for shoots.
• Edit and retouch photos, ensuring final products meet quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into your visual work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Conduct on-location and studio shoots independently or with a creative team.
• Provide technical advice and support to team members during pre and post-production.
• Ensure all content adheres to copyright and licensing requirements.
• Upload edited content to digital platforms and ensure optimal resolution and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Photography, Media, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in both video creation and photography for professional purposes.
• Proficiency with industry-standard photo and video editing software like Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of videography and photography work.
• Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and color theory in videography and photography.
• Ability to manage time effectively to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome production challenges.
