Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Capture high-quality video footage of interior design projects, events, and client testimonials on-site.

Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and marketing teams to develop compelling visual narratives.

Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos suitable for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.

Ensure all video content aligns with the company s brand guidelines and visual standards.

Operate and maintain video equipment, lighting, and audio gear to ensure optimal production quality.

Scout and prepare locations for shoots, ensuring proper setup and lighting for each project.

Manage video assets, organize files, and maintain an efficient workflow for ongoing and completed projects.

Stay updated on industry trends, video techniques, and editing software to continually enhance production quality.

Assist in the creative development of storyboards, shot lists, and production schedules.

Support the creation of motion graphics and visual effects as needed to enhance video content.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of proven experience as a videographer, preferably in a creative or design-focused environment.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content.

Proficiency with professional video cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment.

Advanced skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Ability to work full-time, on-site, and adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, composition, and visual storytelling.

Familiarity with color grading, sound design, and motion graphics is a plus.

Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours to accommodate project needs and deadlines.
