Position Summary:

This role will drive platform-optimized content creation for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and similar channels. The successful candidate should excel in storytelling through short videos, reels, and vertical-first formats with a strong grasp of social platform trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative short-form video concepts tailored for different platforms
  • Edit and optimize video content for performance and audience engagement
  • Stay current with social platform algorithms and creative trends
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to build consistent brand narratives
  • Capture behind-the-scenes, interviews, testimonials, and brand moments for social
  • Deliver high-quality content on tight timelines

Profile Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of video content production experience, with a creative agency portfolio
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, Davinci, or similar)
  • Understanding of platform-optimized storytelling and vertical video formats
  • Strong sense of social media trends and creative strategy
  • Fluent Arabic and English
  • Energetic, adaptable personality with strong attention to detail
  • Showreel of relevant social-first content
