Job Description – VIP Guest Relations Officer

Providing outstanding services to VIP guests and ensuring a sophisticated and seamless hospitality experience from arrival to departure, in accordance with approved quality and hospitality standards.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Receiving and welcoming VIP guests in a professional manner.

Accompanying guests and facilitating entry, exit, or movement within the facility.

Coordination with different departments to ensure the readiness of the services required by guests.

Continuously monitoring the requests and needs of VIP guests.

Arranging special bookings, transportation, and additional services when needed.

Handling complaints or feedback quickly and professionally.

Maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of guest information.

Preparing brief reports on VIP services and special requests.

Adherence to approved service standards and protocols.

Qualifications and requirements:

High school diploma as a minimum requirement.

Previous experience in hotels, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.

Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.

Proficiency in spoken and written English.

The ability to work under pressure and in shifts.

Tact and the ability to deal with different nationalities and cultures.
