Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalised, attentive service to VIP guests in accordance with fine dining standards.

Manage table sections and coordinate with the floor, bar, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.

Anticipate guest needs and provide recommendations on menu and beverage selections.

Handle VIP reservations and special requests discreetly and efficiently.

Uphold presentation, grooming, and guest engagement standards at all times.

Support team members in maintaining consistency and service excellence during peak operations.

Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold brand reputation.

Desired Candidate Profile

3 5 years experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality, including high-volume venues.

  • Proven experience in guest-facing, VIP-level service.
  • Fluent English required; additional European language advantageous.
  • Strong communication, composure, and attention to detail.
  • Polished and professional presentation.
  • Confident handling of fast-paced, high-pressure service periods.
