Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are expanding our cutting-edge Virtual Production team
and are looking for skilled Operator and enthusiastic Assistant to join our
growing studio. If you re passionate about real-time production, LED volumes,
camera tracking, and Unreal Engine, this is your chance to work on world-class
projects.
Virtual Production Operator
You ll be responsible for:
Operating real-time engines (Unreal Engine, Unity) during
live shoots.
Managing camera tracking systems (Mo-Sys, Stype, Ncam) and
LED wall performance.
Loading and managing virtual sets, assets, and
previsualizations.
Troubleshooting real-time rendering, latency, and
synchronization issues.
Collaborating with DPs, directors, VFX, and technical teams.
You should have:
3+ years in VFX, real-time graphics, or film production.
Hands-on Unreal Engine experience.
Knowledge of LED stages, render pipelines, and media servers
(Disguise, Pixera).
On-set production experience is an advantage.

Virtual Production Assistant
You ll be responsible for:
Assisting in setting up/tearing down VP equipment (tracking
cameras, LED walls, servers).
Supporting engine operators by preparing scenes and assets.
Organizing files and maintaining asset/version control.
Coordinating between camera, lighting, and VFX teams during
shoots.
Handling basic troubleshooting of hardware/software.
You should have:
Degree/diploma in Film, Animation, Game Development, or
related field.
1 2 years in production or post-production
(internship/freelance welcome).
Basic Unreal Engine knowledge.
Strong organizational & multitasking skills.
Preferred Tools & Software
Unreal Engine, Unity, Mo-Sys/Stype/Ncam, Disguise, Pixera,
Adobe Creative Suite, Maya/Blender, DaVinci Resolve.
