Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a visa specialist, your main responsibility will be processing visa applications with high attention to detail.
This includes reviewing applications, ensuring all required documents are submitted, and verifying the accuracy of information provided.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation and submission of visa applications.
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Monitoring the status of visa applications and providing updates to clients.
- Staying informed about changes in immigration laws and regulations.
- Following up with the clients through Emails.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience as a visa consultant, travel consultant, or in a similar role, typically ranging from more than 1 year experience.
Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of visa regulations and immigration laws is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and customer oriented.
Proficiency in relevant CRM applications, such as Freshdesk, Zoho, Salesforce, etc. High integrity to handle confidential information with discretion.
Fluency in English; additional language skills can be advantageous.
