Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Accurately input and format visa application data to ensure compliance with immigration regulations and guidelines.
- Review and verify the completeness of visa application documents, identifying discrepancies and requesting necessary corrections.
- Communicate effectively with applicants to gather required information and provide updates on their visa application status.
- Utilize specialized software to track visa applications and maintain organized records for easy retrieval and reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as International Relations, Law, or Business Administration.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in visa processing or related administrative roles within the immigration sector.
- Certification in immigration law or visa processing from a recognized institution is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional language to effectively assist a diverse clientele.
