Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your key responsibilities and accountabilities will include:
- Design visual content for social media, campaigns, websites, reports, presentations, and newsletters.
- Create assets for events and programs (stage screens, banners, roll-ups, signage, promotional materials, etc ).
- Ensure visual consistency with Berytech s brand identity.
- Adapt designs across multiple platforms and formats.
- Prepare files for digital publishing and print production.
- Collaborate with communication and program teams to support campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on design trends, motion formats, and creative tools.
Required Competencies and Skills
Proficiency in:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Motion graphics and 2D animation tools (After Effects or similar).
- Presentation design tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar).
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to translate ideas into clear visual communication.
- Attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Familiarity with:
- Figma or similar design tools.
- AI-assisted design tools is a plus.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of professional design experience.
- Language: Fluent in Arabic and English, French is a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and digital design work.
