Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage procurement processes for the Visual Department (suppliers, quotations, VAT, receipts, payments).
Negotiate and secure best pricing and terms for consumables, fixtures, signage, and visual materials.
Oversee order management through the Precoro system, ensuring accurate uploads, approvals, and tracking.
Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and logistics for timely deliveries and proper execution.
Track shipments and follow up with suppliers to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Support maintenance teams with procurement of tools, materials, and dispatch coordination.
Provide administrative support to the Visual Department (documentation, filing, reporting, scheduling).
Ensure execution of visual projects meets deadlines and aligns with store requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Procurement, or related field (preferred).
1 3 years of experience in procurement, administration, or operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and procurement/ERP systems (Precoro knowledge a plus).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
